Great company, best prices around and if I have ever needed extra pickup they have always accommodated. Office staff to drivers have been kind and customer focused. We have had 4 collectors and they have been by far the best.

They are always on time to pick up and even when we are out of town or forget to put our cans out they will come and grab them for us! They are very professional and super easy to talk to if you want to upgrade or down grade sizes of garbage/recycling cans. I'm very glad that we went with hometown hauler's when we moved into our house 5 years ago!!

They have been great to work with for years now. They are faithful and generous. The one time the changed recycling days they grabbed our can for us. Great competitive price for trash and recycling. Which is important for us. Thanks!

Great rates compared to any other company in Rochester. We forgot to put our cans out this morning and the person on our route brought out the cans themselves! LOVE this company and so happy we switched!

I sometimes call them Hometown Heros. Garbage is not glamorous, but they are out picking up in the sleet, snow, ice, and heat-they are on time and never miss a day. The office staff is courteous and caring. They will work with you when you are gone for extended vacations. They even came back when we did not have our trash out on time! I highly recommend them.

My son didn't get the garbage to street in time for pickup, but the driver walked up our long driveway and took it to the street himself. I have lived here for 17 years and never had that happen before. Service above and beyond, friendly when calling, if you are thinking of switching do it!

Biggest thing for me is they offer WALK UP SERVICE. It's a small thing but it's just too easy to forget to walk the cans to the curb. They come right up and grab them so I never forget! Been with them for over 2.5 years! Highly recommended!

Better pricing than other services. They post trash/recycle and service around holiday reminders on Facebook which is really nice. After several years they forgot trash once and called them the next day and they picked it up that day. Would recommend their service.
